Immersing ourselves for the afternoon in traditional Neapolitan culture (yes, right here bang in the centre of Hull no less), we'll avial ourselves of the finest ingredients (Italian Caputo pizza flour, San Marzano tomatoes, single-estate organic Italian olive oil and fresh basil to get us underway) and tap into the age-old skills and knowledge of the pizzaiolo, creating a dough that is both worthy of our toppings and the very foundation of the best pizza you can make.
A fun, informative and inspiring afternoon with like-minded souls, in which all ingredients, equipment and refreshments are provided, and after a very civilised finale of very fine pizza and wine you'll leave replete with the knowhow, your recipes and everything you've baked.
