Myth-busting our way to the artisan baker's Holy Grail, together we'll dispel the complications and confusion that can surround sourdough as we get to the very essence of bread making - Mother Nature's way.
Sourdough bread is mellow and delicately tangy, has a delicious crust and crumb and is wonderfully easy on the stomach - the very opposite of industrial bread.
Using a combination of local and organic ingredients, we'll make 100% Rye loaves, pain au levain and a large seeded wholemeal farmhouse loaf, and begin our very own sourdough starter culture to take home.
It couldn't be simpler.
