The data is in: developing mindfulness can be effective in changing our relationship with our thoughts and feelings, imbuing us with a natural resilience and balance when negotiating the demands of everyday life, and can help in overcoming common mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.
On this short course we'll use artisan breadmaking as an experiential foundation from which to explore our present moment experience and develop an awareness of the mechanisms and habits of the mind. Each evening will be a combination of mindful breadmaking, short meditations and discussion around our direct experiences.
Two life skills that have the potential to shift our trajectory for the better, even if it's already looking good!
