From May 10th, I’ll be posting new content every Monday that I hope you’ll find both invaluable and inspiring. Being able to bake brilliant bread in our own kitchens is a wonderful gift we can give to ourselves and others and once we begin to master the mixing of flour, water, salt and yeast into the myriad doughs it can become, the adventure really begins.
Starting with the fundamentals, beginning simply yet well, the resources here will open up into an alluring landscape of recipes, knowhow and skills that can have us approaching our breadmaking with increasing confidence and, dare I say it – panache!
